Hope all is well! Been super busy putting together my 300HR YTT manual to have a full training program ready for you all. Whether you are just starting your journey and/or are looking to deepen your practice and teaching skills in order to truly embody the gift of Yoga… Here at 8limbs Yoga & Shala, I offer In-person, hybrid, or online only programs to suit your schedule. Below is all the information on both my 200HR and 300HR yoga teacher trainings that I will be offering in 2026!

200HR YTT Start date: OPEN ENROLLMENT

This program is designed to immerse you in the wisdom of yoga while offering the flexibility to integrate it into your daily life. Whether you are looking to teach or simply expand your knowledge, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Whether you prefer doing a more in person, hybrid or online only program, 8limbsytt is flexible and suited to fit your schedule.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

**Part of the in-person program requirements is to attend the weekly Mysore classes at least 3 times a week. **

Yoga Asanas

All students will have access to nearly 100 videos explaining various asanas, styles of yoga, yoga classes, and tutorials. 

Topics Include

• Teaching to varying abilities and ages

• Creating a beneficial sequence of postures

Anatomy & Physiology

Students will have access to online resources, as well as lectures, books, and direct meetings with the lead trainer to discuss the physical attributes of yoga on the human body.

• Spine & Nervous System

• Respiratory System

• Detailed Anatomy of Yoga Poses (Asanas)

• Pre-natal Yoga basics

History & Philosophy

Students will be required to research historical and philosophical texts and theories presented by traditional teachers of yoga.

• Bhagavad Gita

In this section, student will learn the proper behaviors of what is expected of a yoga teacher. Using the philosophies learned throughout the program, students will do a self-assessment of how to conduct themselves while representing themselves as a yoga teacher.

300HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

This 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation into depth, mastery, and embodiment.

Designed for dedicated yoga teachers and serious practitioners, the Eight Limbs 300-Hour Training bridges classical yogic wisdom with modern application, guiding you beyond choreography and into true teaching, leadership, and self-realization.

This is not a surface-level certification.

This is a living sadhana.

Who This Training Is For

This program is ideal for you if you:

Have completed a 200-hour YTT. Feel called to teach from experience, not scripts. Want to deepen your understanding of Ashtanga, Hatha, and the Eight Limbs Are ready to refine your voice, presence, and purpose as a teacher. Desire a training that honors discipline, devotion, and self-inquiry. Want flexibility through open enrollment while maintaining structure and accountability.

The Eight Limbs of Yoga as a lived practice. In-depth study of classical yogic philosophy. Applying ancient teachings to modern life and teaching Ethics, integrity, and the responsibility of the teacher.

🜁 Pranayama, Meditation & Inner Practices

Advanced breathwork techniques. Meditation methodologies and facilitation. Yoga Nidra and nervous system restoration. Cultivating presence, awareness, and inner steadiness

Finding your authentic teaching voice. Holding space with confidence and compassion. Trauma-aware teaching principles. Teaching beyond the mat: community, devotion, and service.
