I practice mindful eating. What does that mean? Well, to me, mindful eating means giving your body the proper nutrients it needs in order to survive and be healthy. If you listen closely, your body will tell you exactly what it needs. The hardest part is discerning what’s right for you. Dandelion Communitea Cafe is a beloved organic cafe located in the heart of Orlando, Florida which serves healthy vegetarian fare and premium loose leaf tea. Established in March 2006, Dandelion is a landmark establishment attracting loyal locals as well as a must-visit destination for health conscious tourists.
More than just a cafe, Dandelion is a gathering place for a diverse cross-section of people in the community with regular cultural events such as art openings, poetry night, eco-networking, moon circles, and other special events to keep the love groovin’ right along.
This healthy food oasis is located at the Northeast Corner of Ferncreek & 50. We are open 7 days a week and your one stop shop in Orlando for delicious coffee, espresso & tea, non-GMO and Organic Food, Craft Beer & Wine, & what have been described to us as “the best freakin’ smoothies in the whole world”. We are a vegetarian restaurant with most options being vegan and the majority of our menu is also gluten-free.
Located on 2413 East South St. Juice Bar Orlando provides one-day juice cleanse used by many as maintenance for the body or a chance to take a weekly break from the process of digestion. One-day cleanses are also an excellent chance to see if a juice cleanse is right for you. Three to five-day cleanses can be used to reboot the body or as a building block to longer cleanses. Ten days or more is where real healing work begins.
Located on 12 N. Summerlin Ave. Their main focus at Juice’d is to provide their community, family, and friends with healthy food and beverage alternatives in an effort to promote a better lifestyle. All of their cold-pressed juices, raw nut mylks, smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, and other healthy snacks are made in-house with locally sourced ingredients and are 100% organic.
Located at 1221 N Mills Ave. The District is a Co-Op space to house local artisans and feature local talent. Currently they offer products from over 30 local vendors including: vegan bodega, Vintage Clothing, Handmade organic soap, Local All Natural foods, Coffee, Jewelry, Handcarverd items and many more.
Located at 1600 Edgewater Dr. This cafe serves the best loose leaf organic tea and the most delicious vegetarian food around. The College Park community voted Infusion Tea as the BEST Locally Owned Business and BEST Place To Get a Heathy Meal.
