This is what my practice looked like yesterday.. I made it passed #ardhabaddhapadmottanasana and heard a DEADLY scream come from my daughters room. I stopped and ran to see she had gotten attacked by our family cat Yang (not seen here) aka #thebully pretty badly. Needless to say my practice ended with me patching up my sweet girls wounds with #ladybug #caterpillar and #owl #bandaids ⛑🐛🐞
